Can you sue someone who has stolen a picture of you and posted online with the intent to embarrass and harrass you? Posted on May 15, 2011

A girl has admitted on twitter (screenshots available) of stealing a picture of my cousin out someone's phone where she's doing a sexual act, and posted it to several blog websites along with her name and other contact information. All the cyber bullying laws seem to only apply to teenagers (the women involved are 20 and 21). Is there any legal act my cousin can take since she has proof of the girl admitting several times that she did it and is encouraging people to look and comment on it.
