Can you sue a military member for discrimination? Posted on July 14, 2011

My wife is in the military. I just got out. There is a Sgt. in her shop that has harassed her for over a year. During this time she has spoken to many supervisors about this and they have done nothing. Furthermore they told her to keep quiet about the whole ordeal. The Sgt. being her supervisor is privy to certain personal information which he has decided to share with others (Peers) in an attempt to embarrass my wife. I am not in the same state as her so I cannot actually go and confront these people. I have spoken to them over the phone in which they have assured me that they would handle the situation yet nothing has been done. Is there any outside sources I can contact or legal paperwork I can do and serve them?
