Can you please tell me what you think might happen on my first domestic violence case? 3 Answers as of April 21, 2015

I was arrested for domestic violence yet I really didn't do anything. The cops came and took pictures of me because I was the one with the bruises everywhere. I bailed out and have a court date tomorrow. I work and am in school.

You better hire a lawyer before you get talked into a guilty plea that you will regret for life. A DV conviction means you will lose your gun rights for life, have a criminal record, and be forced to attend a long and expensive 52-week class.
