Trust fund taxes are not dischargeable. Sales tax and the employer portion of employee taxes are simply not dischargheable. You might want to consider Chapter 13 to get them paid off.

It depends on a number of factors. First, it depends what the underlying debt is for. If it is for unemployment over payments, and the cause of the overpayment was fraudulent (inaccurate) information submitted by the debtor, then it is not dischargeable. If the overpayment was due to an error by the EDD, it should be dischargeable.
