If the Court has not ordered you to go to rehab you cannot be arrested for contempt of court for failure to do so. However, if the probation officer or court referral officer has ordered you to go to rehab and the court has ordered that you are to stay in compliance with all recommendations of the PO or CVRO and you fail to do so you could be held in contempt.
