Can we remove property that belongs to my daughter? Posted on June 17, 2011

Our daughter and son-in-law are not living together. She has asked that several items be given to her as they are family heirlooms. He has refused, saying they have been in his family 14+ years. They have been in our family for a hundred years. Our daughter's name is still on the deed of the property. Could we go in and remove the items that are ours? Daughter and son-in-law are not divorced as of yet.
