Yes, there would only be a conflict if one of the attorneys had represented you previously. If the fathers are each seeking custody of their own child, their interests would not be adverse to each other. You should probably contact an attorney so that your interests are protected from the fathers of your children and their attorney.

There does not seem to be any reason why the same attorney cannot represent two parties against you. That does not seem to be a conflict of interest. Now, if the attorney represented you and then was representing one of the fathers that would be a problem.
