Can two aggravated assault charges get expunged in Tennessee? 1 Answers as of March 06, 2011

Man convicted of aggravated assault in 2001 (2 separate charges but sentences and served together). He completed his entire 5 yr sentence and 3 yrs probation. He was a trustee while in prison, no demerits against him and since he has changed his life around. He is trying to provide for his family but is haunted by his past. Would he be eligible for an expungement or would he need to seek something else?
