IF you plead guilty, under the law, you possessed it. You can be drug tested.

Usually if you are going into pay fines then they do not drug test you unless you appear to be high.

Yes, you can be drug tested when you go to court. I highly suggest that you don't test positive for illegal drugs.

I've never seen anyone tested for drugs or alcohol in court, unless they arrive in court and appear either drunk or high.

Depends on your sentence. Normally, you pay fines in one department, not the actual Division that has your case. Get counsel.

If you were ordered to random drug testing as part of your sentence, they could do a drug test on you when you appear to pay your fines. However, I doubt that you will be tested for merely paying your fines on the assigned court date, absent an order from the court subjecting you to such random testing.

If you are in the courtroom for a hearing, they can make you test. Anybody can drop off your fine payment, or you can mail it in or pay by phone with a credit card.

Doubt they will. They just want the money. Sometimes you can pay online or by phone.

It depends on the terms of your sentence. If you are subject to random drug tests, yes they can test at any time.

It sounds like you were cited for simple possession of marijuana. You've already pled guilty and you just owe a small fine? If that's all there is to the story (you're not on probation and you haven't been convicted of anything more serious), then you will not be drug tested. They will just take your check and tell you to have a nice day.
