Can there be a lawsuit filed against a restaurant’s headquarters for damages in South Korea? 1 Answers as of September 27, 2017

My three year old ate under cooked hamburger from a restaurant. He got very sick and eventually was diagnosed with acute kidney failure. Now, the child has to have a tube stuck to his body for the rest of his life. Is there a case and to what degree?

Absolutely, so long as the restaurant is headquartered in Illinois. The case is worth a great deal but nobody can say how much until they review the medical records and consult a physician as to whether the medical condition will reduce your son's life expectancy.
