I was wondering if a niece or a nephew can help an uncle get his papers? The niece is 21yrs old, the nephew is 18 yrs old, and the uncle is 27yrs old.

Child may be under or over 21 years old. Child may married or single. American citizen spouse may file for his / her spouse.
