The uncle should have the will. If he wishes to show it to nephew, he can. If the uncle wishes to change will he can but not the nephew.

There is no issue in viewing the Will if it is OK with the Uncle, but only the maker may change the provisions. Therefore the nephew must accept his fathers intent.
