My wife has menieres with significant hearing loss. She is a medical transcriptionist. Can she be let go for this disability? Is the company required to retrain her or find another position for her? Can she retire under disability retirement?

If she can no longer do that job, but could do other jobs, then she is not disabled. I suggest that she request an accommodation pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act. That way the employer and her can work out a suitable accommodation. MS is an employment at will State, so keep that in mind.
