Can my license still be suspended because I didn't complete community service? 2 Answers as of February 07, 2012

If I was charged with driving while my license was suspended, and have completed all court ordered classes , and paid all tickets and court fines, can my license legally still be suspended because I didn't complete community service that I was ordered? I had my license when I appeared in court and no accident or injuries occurred, I was only stopped for failure to drive in single plan.
