In order for your felony charge to be expunged you must first qualify for a sealing or expungement. In order to qualify for a sealing or expungement of your record, the Court in your felony charge must have withheld adjudication in your case. If they did not withhold adjudication in your case then you cannot have it sealed or expunged.
