Can my ex-boyfriend in for child support if he was a minor when I had the child? 1 Answers as of February 21, 2012

At the time I was 20 and my boyfriend at the time was 17, but he told me he was 18. We dated for a short amount of time and I got pregnant. I want to turn him in for child support now but his boss tells me if I do, he would get a lawyer and say I raped him which isn’t true. Should I pursue this situation or what should I do?
