Can my company force me to wear a seatbelt in my car when used during company business? Posted on August 02, 2011

I use my personal car for running between locations at my company. I know it is state law to wear a seatbelt and 99% of the time I wear it. But our HR person said that if I was not wearing my seatbelt in my personal car when running errands for the company I could be reprimanded. Is this legal, that they could reprimand me for not wearing my seatbelt in my personal vehicle?
