If you have a support order signed by the court, review it. Some will give an age regardless if in school. Some may state until graduates from high school. If it is silent, someone did not do their job.

First of all, she doesn't receive the support, the parent does. In California, child support is payable until the child is 18, OR, if the child is still in high school, to age 19 or to graduation, whichever comes first. If the child is in high school but 19 years of age, then child support ends.

In Arizona, child support is paid until emancipation, which is defined in the statute as age 18 or high school graduation, whichever comes later, but not past age 19. If she is 19 and still enrolled in high school, the child support would terminate as of her 19th birthday.

I depends on the phrasing of the support order. If the order says that support will continue until the child is eighteen or has graduated from high school, then yes she can.
