Can a landlord legally require a tenant to submit a photo of themselves? Posted on July 01, 2011I recently received an email from my landlord asking for a photo for their files in case of a lock out. I never had this problem, and the statement wasn't in their newsletter, which we get regularly. I feel they are picking because they said they put a lot of money in this complex since the takeover. It is a 6-unit complex and no I don't have a criminal record.
