Can a landlord in Ohio evict if electric bill is not paid to electric company? Posted on February 08, 2011Well we told our landlord that we would be getting assistance through the sate to help us pay our electric bill and that we would need a disconnection to so but that it would be paid the next day. He gave us an informal letting telling us we had 20 days to leave! Can he do this even though the bill is being paid?
