Can I visit the US after being denied asylum? Posted on March 02, 2011

I lived in the US for 5 years while seeking political asylum. The asylum was denied and I ended up leaving the country "voluntarily" after they had processed a deportation order for me. I arrived in Canada and have just become a Canadian citizen. I would like to go visit my family and friends in the US now that I'm a Canadian citizen and hold a Canadian passport? What do I have to do?
