I'm painting a picture that I am eventually going to try to sell. Can I include a company logo in my picture? What if it is similar but not the same?

Incidental use of logo in art is not prohibited; think movies and TV outdoor shots of business signs. You cant use it commercially or to confuse customers, like a competing business.
