Can I take legal action against him for what he has said? 1 Answers as of September 13, 2017

I am a store manager for a retail pharmacy. A customer of mine called my corporate office making false accusations claiming horrible and slanderous things about me trying to ruin my reputation. I'm very embarrassed by this. I have documentation of what he said written by a third-party answering service for my corporate office.

You can take legal action. Unless you have suffered some actual financial loss, such as losing your job, a reduction in pay, etc., bringing the action will probably cost you more in attorney's fees then you will recover.
