Can I switch law firm for patent prosecution? 1 Answers as of February 05, 2015

I filed a non provisional patent application with a law firm. The fee was reasonable (fixed price). Now, USPTO started to read my application. This law firm has extremely high hourly rate. They don't offer fixed price services for patent prosecution. Can I switch law firms? I did most of my patent write-up anyway and don't feel that it will be a problem for me to explain everything to another firm.
