Can I sue someone who has posted pictures of me without my consent? 1 Answers as of February 02, 2011The person I sent them to has sent the pictures without my consent to others, which I have proof of. When I first sent the pictures, I realized what a mistake I made and asked for them to be deleted. The person in question said that I would have to have sexual relations with him to get them back, which I refused to do.

yes, you can sue. Do they have insurance coverage for their actions? Do they have any assets you can get if you win? They may also be guilty of a criminal act. Go to the county states attorney and ask if they will file charges.
