Can I sue the school district for bullying? 1 Answers as of August 04, 2011
In 2010 my son was jumped by three bigger boys in school. My son received such a black eye that you would have thought he was a prize fighter. The problem is that his teacher was present at the time and did next to nothing to prevent this from happening. I'm wondering if I can sue the School District and if so. What is the Statue of Limitations on doing so.

You can sue but it would be difficult case on liability since it appears to be a one time incident and the damages are minimal.
