Can I sue my landlord for bed bugs in Illinois? 2 Answers as of December 27, 2010

We have had bedbugs in our apartment for over a month, and our landlord has refused to do anything. He is trying to get us to pay for the cost to clean them up even though the bed begs spread into our apartment from our neighbors apartment, which he also owns. Our landlord is very uncooperative and we need help.
