Can I sue my dealership because the airbags in my car did not deploy? 1 Answers as of November 16, 2016

I totaled my 2014 car. It completely flipped over and spun out of control. My car did have the Airbag sign on the steering wheel and the passenger side but not one airbag deployed. I could have lost my life. Would I be able to pursue a case with this?

If you did not sustain a VERY serious injury that the airbags were designed to prevent, you have no viable claim, even if the airbags were removed. In an airbag case where you allege that the airbags malfunctioned, you need to sue the auto manufacturer and the airbag manufacturer. The cost of litigation will likely exceed $300,000.00.
