My ex boyfriend molested my kids. He has been charged with it but we havent gone to court on it yet. I am having to pay for a lawyer to get my kids back from cps. I didnt know it was going on until cps came to my house to talk me about it. Can I Sue an ex boyfriend for molesting my kids befor he goes to jail?
