Visitors who are eligible for visitors' visas do not need sponsors. They need to prove that they have a home, outside the US, to which they will return. Because you are an asylee, USCIS may suspect that your brother intends to apply for asylum as well. Your brother's presence here as a visitor may create a question about your asylum. If he has a home, to which he can return, are the conditions in your home country still bad enough that you need asylum? Be careful how you approach this. You need to consult a lawyer, such as me, who has experience with asylum cases.
