Can I speak to someone if I was sentenced to refrain from initiating contact? 2 Answers as of August 02, 2011

I was put on probation for 2nd Degree Rape. I was 19 and a girl was under the age of 16 (16 is the legal age for Alabama). We were in a pretty deep relationship before we got caught and I was reported. I was sentenced to probation for 3 years and not to initiate contact with her. My probation is almost over in a few months and I want to see her again because I really do miss her. Is this possible since she is over 18 now? Or since I was sentenced to refrain from initiating contact with her can I never speak to or see her again?

I would have no contact with her at all while you are on probation or under the control of the Court.

I would advise not to have contact with this young woman ever.
