Is it illegal to sell custom printed clothing using a well known brand name? Not made by me.

If you have no license from the brand name owner - you CANNOT use the brand name to sell anything.

Probably yes. You most likely will need an agreement with the owner of the brand to sell new clothing that has the brand. You might be able to sell used brand-name clothing without permission but you won?t be able to advertise that you're selling such-and-such brand name.

If you do not own brand name you are not entitled to used the name. The owner of the name can file claim against you for using their name without their approval.
