Can I request medical bills for a personal injury that occurred on my property? 1 Answers as of July 14, 2011

Isn't there a law against the owner not reporting a serious head injury from faulty garage to his homeowners insurance and then waiting until the status of limitation to give you the insurance name. Can I request for medical bills from 3 years prior or take it out of the rent?

Your claim is barred by the 2-year statute of limitations. If you try to deduct it from rent without owner's agreement they can serve you with a 3-day notice to papy or quit.
