Can I remove a reckless driving charge from my record? Posted on July 06, 2011

About two years ago I got into a minor car accident in Florida and paid the ticket rather then fly back down to fight it which was my own fault. The ticket was for driving without care causing a car accident. When I came back home Mass sent me a letter saying I was reckless driving which I was never charged with. I hired a lawyer got my license reinstated but the charge is still on my license. This was my second accident in about 10 years. I’m a Mass EMT and it’s hard to get a job with a criminal charge on your license. Is there any way to get that removed from license?
