Can I re-apply to get my citizenship if I was denied? 1 Answers as of May 09, 2011

I have been here since 2000 and applied, but it was denied. Can I reapply? I have a daughter with a woman that has papers but I want to apply for myself so immigration doesn’t think I just want to be with her for her citizenship. What can I do?

Are you talking about permanent residency or US citizenship. If you are talking about Residency yes you can apply again as long as the first denial did not include a determination of marriage fraud.
