Can I petition to have the court dismiss my child custody case? Posted on August 11, 2011

The court appointed attorney for mother in an ongoing guardianship/visitation invites client and ward to home for clients schedule visitation. Client has two court approved options as to where visitation can take place. One is not available this month and mother doesn't want the visit at the other (her grandmother's). Is this crossing the attorney/client relationship boundary, when an outside personal relationship is formed that involves the parties in a continuing legal dispute? Can I petition the Court to have attorney dismissed from the case?
