Can I paint a detailed picture of a motorcycle and sell it if I leave off the brand name? 1 Answers as of March 02, 2011

Can I illustrate a detailed picture of a rider on a motorcycle and sell it if I leave off the brand name of the motorcycle?

The motorcycle is a "street bike" aka "sport bike" (the rider leans forward). Most sport bikes look similar whether they are Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Buell etc. The general public would not be able to distinguish the model or manufacturer although an expert might. I'm hoping a sport bike is considered generic. Also, while the motorcycle is important to the illustration, the rider and his actions are just as important. This illustration is not just about the motorcycle.
