That shouldn't be a problem. Better still, you may be eligible to have the felony vacated and dismissed. The thing you need to know is possession, manufacturing and delivering marijuana is still a federal crime. Your medical marijuana card won't protect you. I don't know if this is of concern to you but using medical marijuana also makes you ineligible to own or possess a firearm even if your felony is vacated.
