Can I help my mom get a green card? 3 Answers as of April 29, 2011

I am 18 and a U.S. citizen. My mother came to the U.S. illegally 19 years ago. She has 5 children, including me, born in the U.S. and has a clean record. She has never worked, only take care of us. Can I help her become a resident? If so, what do I need to do or what's the process and how long can it take?
