I was married to an immigrant. I helped get his papers and now we are divorced. During our time off been married I found out he cheated on me and he only married me to get his papers to been in the country. Can I have them cancelled now?

No, you can't. If you actually believe that he only married you for a green card and not for any other reason, you can always contact immigration to let them know that. They can then make a decision on whether or not they want to follow up with him.

you can write to USCIS about your complaint. It is up to the government to decide if he committed marriage fraud. You cannot"cancel" his green card.
