Can I get my parental rights back after guardianship of my child was awarded? 2 Answers as of May 18, 2011

When I was 18 I had a daughter with my boyfriend. Neither of us had jobs or insurance to support her. His parents agreed to take legal guardianship so she can have insurance. We now both have jobs and he has insurance that can cover him and our daughter. Lately his parents have been denying me rights to take my daughter places with me. Are they allowed to do this? And how do we get the guardianship nullified?
