You did not mention the felony charge. Some charges cannot be expunged. The misdemeanors do not help that either.

Assuming that the felony was for the second drunk driving, it cannot be expunged. Traffic crimes that lead to felony convictions, such as a second DUI, cannot be expunged from you record.
