I pleaded no contest to 246 PC over 21 years ago. I've had no other arrest since then. Is it possible to get my gun reinstated?

Normally, you will have to seek a pardon to get your gun rights back.

I do not think so w/out a pardon. There may also be a federal restriction.

Depends on if the sentence made the case a misdemeanor, or if the dispo went down as a straight felony, and you'll need an attorney to understand and then to effectuate that answer/issue.
