Can I get my charge expunged? 1 Answers as of April 12, 2011

Can I get a charged expunged if it was dismissed but I was arrested with that one and another misdemeanor that i plead guilty to? It happened 6 years ago and I immediately competed probation and graduated college and have never been in any more trouble at all.

I don't see you getting a charge expunged, when you pled guilty to another charge that involved the same incident or occurence. An expungment is where your fingerprints and photo card are destroyed and teh system acts like you were never arrested. You pled guilty to one of the charges, so that fingerprint card and photo will nto be destroyed. As for the arest, judges often think the system got it right when the charge got dismissed. Good luck.
