Can I get my case dismissed for weapons on a federal property? 1 Answers as of August 02, 2011

Supervisor knew I was practicing archery on the Veterans Affairs property, V.A. police officer detained me and fined me for shooting a compound bow on Fed. Property. I was not shooting a compound Bow I was practicing with a recurve bow. I had been doing this for months and like I stated before, a Vet. Affairs supervisor and a Vet. Affairs police officer knew I was doing this and never told me that I was doing anything wrong. My question is if I was changed for shooting one thing and I was shooting something else , is that a reason for a dismissed case?

Possibly, but not necessarily, depending upon the particular federal statute or other law involved.
