I am now 26yrs old now I wanted to know can I get a driver licence back? If yes even if I never had one can I get one? I am from Chicago, Illinois.

Yes, you can get a driver's license. Right now, your privilege to drive is either revoked or suspended, you will need to visit a local branch of the Secretary of State's office and talk with an informal hearing officer. Explain your circumstances to him or her, and you will be told exactly what you need to do to obtain a valid driver's license. I assume you have had no other violations or the driving laws or criminal laws since this unfortunate event.
