All phones disconnected, her family has not heard from her, she is not employed to track down irs tax filing information. Already paid an attorney $500.00 to regular mail paperwork. No marital assets, no children. Desperately need help to close this chapter.

You can get a divorce, but no adjudication of property rights, support, alimony etc. He can be served by publishing in the newspaper. If you are not happy with your attorney, call him/her and talk to them. If you are still not happy, call another attorney!
