I got married in April, 2011. My husband has been arrested for domestic violence against me. When convicted of this charge, and he will be, can I file for an annulment? There are no minor children involved.

An annulment in Florida would generally be based on Fraud of some kind. Domestic Battery would not likely result in an annulment.
