To obtain a copy of your immigration court case you have to file a request at the court where your hearing was held. Each court as different procedures so you have to check with the court. You can also file a Freedom of Immigration Act Request (Form G-639) with the DHS to get a copy of your immigration file. However, this may not provide you with your court file, only those documents filed by or send to DHS.
