I am a permanent resident for five years my husband and I are married 3 years I am about to file for my citizenship can I file for my husband to get his green card at the same time I file for my citizenship my husband enter the us on a b1/b2 visa and over stay his time. On his 6 month visa and is still in the us with me what should I do for him to get his green card?

While you can file the petition now, while you are still a Green Card holder, your husband is not eligible to file for adjustment of status until you become a U.S. Citizen. Once you are a citizen he can then file for adjustment of status even if his visitor visa has expired.
